Erin K. Morris
Erin is a zealous and committed advocate for her clients and their families. Erin is licensed in both Oregon and Washington state, and has extensive experience in a broad range of family law litigation, including divorce, legal separation, custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support, prenuptial agreements, relocation, parentage/paternity cases and third-party/grandparent rights cases. Erin’s practice centers around her commitment to tailoring her legal strategy to a client’s ultimate goals, whether that involves reaching an out-of-court settlement or pursuing a client’s interests aggressively at trial. Erin understands that family law is the most deeply personal way in which the law touches our lives, and she approaches each client’s case with compassion, transparency, and attention to detail.
Erin is a native of the Pacific Northwest, spending much of her childhood in Vancouver, WA as the daughter of a local high school football coach and teacher. Erin received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Willamette University College of Law and graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Erin is a member of the Multnomah County, Clackamas County, Washington County, and Clark County Bar Associations as well as a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Family Law Sections, the Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (Oregon Chapter). Erin has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine two years in a row (2017 and 2018), and received the 2017-2018 “10 Best” Attorney award for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
When not in the office or the courtroom, Erin enjoys exploring the pacific northwest with her family and friends, cooking up new recipes, and reading an excellent novel.
